Refunds

Termination. All sales are final. (unless student is joining the “The Higher Beings Society Community”. If so please refer to the refund policy below) ** The client is expected to participate and follow the instructions and guidance given by the account manager. For services such as consulting and done for you services, refunds are not offered and are at the discretion of Company.
Disclosure. Client understands that he/she/it needs to have access to the Internet and an email address to receive my assignments. Client also understand that his/her/its personal success from this program will be a result of his/her/its own efforts. Client further acknowledge that individual results vary based on backgrounds, education, and experience. Client has based his/her/its decision to purchase on my own desire and not on any express or implied earnings claims.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund:
In order to be eligible for a refund, students must meet the following criteria:
Attendance Requirement:
Students must attend a minimum of 90% of the weekly calls.
One-on-One Sessions:
Students are required to attend all scheduled one-on-one sessions.
Module Completion:
Students must watch all modules included in the program.
Community Engagement:
Active participation in the community is essential. This includes meaningful contributions to discussions and engagement with fellow students.

Students must demonstrate active involvement with the instructors chosen name under the Higher Beings Experience, under ‘Irah Morffi’ through designated channels. Refund Process:
If a student believes they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, they must submit a refund request within [5] days of the program's conclusion.
The refund request should include evidence of meeting the criteria, such as attendance records, module completion status, and community engagement.
Refund requests will be reviewed within [5] days, and a decision will be communicated to the student.
If the refund is approved, the amount refunded will be based on the original payment minus any non-refundable fees as outlined in the program agreement.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees may be non-refundable, and these will be clearly communicated in the program agreement.
